Biennial Cross-Phase Dance Conference

Collaborate, Dance, Train, Aspire

The conference offers CDTA members a chance to be inspired, refresh their dance skills and network with other Hertfordshire school teachers’ with a responsibility for dance. The focus is on ensuring the resources and teaching expertise in the county creates the conditions for high quality dance experience for our pupils.

The conference is suitable for Primary, Secondary and Special School teachers with a responsibility for dance in their school. Member schools can send up to two teachers.

The content is developed each year in response to what our members tell us at the AGM. Key conference content has included: cross-curricular delivery and approaches to choreography. All the workshops are delivered by guest dance professionals.

    It is such a great event - acelebration of dance and that is solovely to see.We're lucky to have this pportunity at such little cost to the school as well. The children had a brilliant time and felt part of something big and special - as well they were.
